Nice – thought it’s funny that the lens flare have become so extreme that it looks like you went crazy with the lens flare filter. :)

It’s not lens flare — those are just street lights. He must’ve used a small aperture (well, f/10 is reasonably small), which will make points of light turn into star shapes.
I really like how this one turned out too, Rubin. Especially the stars! :)
